Return Policy

At kdenil shoes, we create products that help you comfortable better, If you are not completely satisfied with your shoe size then you can exchange your shoe size within 7 days. You have responsibility for the shipping cost for one side.

Example: your place to our stores’ shipping cost you need to pay.
Replace item shipping cost Kdenil shoes will pay. (Our stores to Your Place)

Original products tags, invoices necessary for return. We will replace the correct shoe size as soon as possible. But sometimes replace item date can be up to 10 days. 

After 7 days you are not eligible for an exchange for your shoe size. It’s a good idea you need to contact us as soon as possible if your shoe has some size issue. Click Here

After your request, we communicate with you via email in English language. Please note currently we do not offer call support for our customers.

We do not offer money refund facility. If you send us damage product we do not exchange it. we will send again for your location as you provided.

Warranty Policy

We believe our products have the best quality. But if your shoe has some issue then our responsibility to fix it. The footwear warranty covers the shoe material issue and the sole issue. We do not get responsibility for animals bites, Also we don’t get responsibility for the accidents on your side. (fire, tear).

Also, we do not get responsibility for material colour breakdown or extensive use.

We offer (90) days warranty period for our every shoe. 

You have responsibility for the shipping cost for one side.

We will replace your shoe after fix as soon as possible. But total time can be up to 14 days.

We do not offer money refund facility. If some reason you not eligible for claim warranty so, unfortunately, we can’t get responsibility for it.
